Our Expertise

KSP has over 65 years of architectural and structural engineering experience with our in-house team. Our mandate is to provide superior service and quality work.    This is accomplished by gaining a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and then consistently exceeding their expectations.  The depth and breadth of our staff allows us to face challenges with a can-do attitude.

KSP’s architectural team has extensive experience in architectural design, project management, interior design, and 3-D modeling and animation. Our group is very aware of new technologies, and we are always educating ourselves new systems and materials that can improve the build environment we so often design.

Our structural engineering group has developed a hands-on approach to projects by working with national retail clients where time is money and delays must be minimized through pragmatic and efficient design. We at KSP work closely with our clients in developing the project scope, schedule and budget. We utilize sophisticated and innovative solutions in creating the best possible design.
